A delight

I wanted to frame a postcard from a vacation. Absolutely no one in the United States stocks A5 frames and (ha! ha!) you can’t import them now either.

It showed up immaculately packaged and with clear instructions. It came out great. It’s wonderful to know that there are companies out there who still take pride in their work.

The frame itself is great.

Part of the image is a little darker than I’d expected but that’s probably my fault.

Yes, frequently the actual print won't appear as light as it does on a backlit phone or computer screen versus the actual print, and this can vary depending on your brightness settings. We do review each image before printing and reach out if we see any significant print quality issues. Exactly what I ordered and More

It was my first time ordering from Level Frames and I could not be more pleased. The quality of their product is first class and everything I need to hang was also included and ready to go. The wood (Kota Walnut) on the frames have been beautifully finished and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely use them again!

It Turned Out Great

I kinda chose Level Frames randomly off of the Internet. It's work looked good. I'm so glad I did. The printing and framing turned out perfectly - identical to the photo of the painting that I took. It wasn't expensive, and the framed photo got here in like 7 days - and that included a holiday weekend!

The best?!!!

I took my 3 prints to a big company here in Manhattan and they wanted to charge $700 for it and it would take 8 weeks! Level Frames did it for $200 and took 5 days, and the quality is immaculate! I'm very happy with the outcome, and when i contacted support and told them i really need it fast, she put in a word in the order to make it faster. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended!

Can't believe you added a question mark before those three exclamation points, Diana! But mainly happy we were able to frame these three pics for you and that they turned out so nicely. It should never take weeks to frame photos and artwork, and our specialty is framing with the same quality and craftsmanship you would find in a top custom frame shop but for a fraction of the price.

Great frames, everything included

Extremely happy with my first purchase of two frames from Level Frames. EVERYTHING was included -- hanging hardware, glass/acrylic cleaner and cloth, even a small screwdriver. The frames seem to be of good quality and look great with my pictures. I will definitely order here again.

Beautiful Frame and very thorough product and instructions

I wish I would have snapped a photo of our framed artwork... It turned out just as I hoped it would. I am so impressed by the attention to detail in your product from the included cloth and cleaner and screwdriver to the guidelines drawn on the mat of where the artwork should lay, to the pre-drilled holes for the wire hanging screws, to the archival tape and instructions on how to assemble the frame. I couldn't be happier with how it all came together. The online preview using a photo of our artwork was super helpful in choosing the mat color.

We received a beautiful custom frame made exactly the way we wanted. I misunderstood the sizing directions online. But when I realized my mistake and contacted Level Frames, Kara easily made the change. And she was super friendly. I highly recommend Level Frames and will make it my first choice if I ever need another quality frame.

I have purchased several custom frames in the past but this was my first order with Level Frames. I can’t say enough about the quality of not just the frame, but also the careful packaging, the hanging supplies, an installation manual, and an included screwdriver. Not to mention the clearly marked pre-drilled holes for attaching the wire. This is clearly a company that cares about quality. I’ll definitely use them again in the future when the need arises. Just ok

Kind of expensive for what it is. And the frame is cheap. Assuming you don’t use glass because it might break in shipping but it would look better than the dull plastic that you use.

Appreciate the feedback, Allen! Our frames are all wood and conservation-grade, and you are correct in that we don't use glass due to its weight and propensity to shatter. Fortunately, the framers grade acrylic we frame with is just as optically pure as glass, but much lighter and will not break. The acrylic you selected is our Non-glare option which has a matte coating that diffuses the light to reduce reflections. In some lighting conditions you may notice that matte surface, in which case we recommend the UV protective glaze which lacks the coating.

Simply beautiful

I ordered a weathered wood “look” frame and matting for a signed print. It came within 8 days. Everything was securely packaged and had everything from detailed instructions, a tool and even hanging hardware. It was simple to put together and looks professional. It was easy to use the website to choose what I wanted. Now what else do I have to frame??

Great products/Service

Ordered several frames(different sizes/mats etc ). Shipping and packaging was great. Outer box was damaged but frames were unharmed due to exceptional packaging. Easy process from start to finish!

I love Level Frames!!

Just received my first order from Level Frames, and I could not possibly be happier. The photo is iPhone 12 with no special settings (so Apple deserves some credit for the photo quality), enlarged to 17.5" x 22.0" (just the photo part). The photo quality is unbelievable. Perfect light level, very subtle colors in the photos come through beautifully, no pixelation or blurring from being enlarged, etc. And the frame and matting are perfect too, plus showed up on my doorstep 6 days after I submitted the order on the web site. What a great experience.

Exceptional Quality and Customer Service

Level Frames has earned a customer for life (likely several, given the feedback from those who received my framed photo gifts). I had a photo framed and sent to 4 people. They talked me through getting the photo sent in the right resolution and discussed how the final looked before framing. The framing itself is high quality and beautiful. They kindly let me send handwritten notes to include in each package so each gift was personalized. The cost was reasonable and frankly made this project doable. Each gift was beautifully wrapped, timely prepared and shipped with care. An absolutely outstanding experience - highly recommend! Thank you all for your excellent work.
