What is the prize?
Your wedding memories deserve the best, which is why we print your photos using archival inks guaranteed not to fade, and custom frame them with premium, museum-quality materials.
The winning couple will receive a custom-framed gallery wall (our Easy Trio layout) consisting of three framed photos, as well as a framed vinyl record of your first dance song or favorite album. More details on the prize as follows.

This solid wood frame with archival matting and your choice of non-glare or UV filtering acrylic, is designed to fit a standard size 12" LP but can be tailored as needed.

Entries will open June 5th and close at 11:59 PM EST on July 15, 2026. Any entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered. and the winning couple will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date.

Tips for Capturing and Framing Wedding Photos
For couples planning an upcoming wedding, we have some tips to nail your photos and wedding memory display:
What are the must-have shots for your wedding photo display?
The best framed collections highlight the most special moments for the couple, such as:
- The ceremony (particularly the kiss to seal the vows)
- Intimate shots of the couple soaking up their first married moments, often looking at one another or walking away holding hands
- Detail shots to capture the symbol of love and vows, such as the rings, either on or off the couple’s hands
…but your shot list should go beyond this and take you through the entire day, including:
- Getting ready
- Bride/groom solo shots
- First looks
- Family portraits
- First dance
- Toasts
- Cake cutting

Mixing larger statement photos with smaller detail-led shots creates visual variety and helps a gallery wall feel personal and lived-in rather than overly staged.
Are posed, candid, or ‘plandid’ photos best?
A big debate and decision when choosing your wedding photography style and shots to frame is how posed or natural you want them to look.
Traditionally, wedding photos have been highly posed with the couple looking into the camera, but in recent years, more candid or ‘plandid’ shots - carefully executed poses intentionally made to look natural - have taken over.
Posed pictures will always have their place, but it’s often the candid, or seemingly candid, shots that capture the couples’ personalities and make the biggest impact.
The most well-curated wedding gallery walls tend to mix elements of both posed or ‘plandid’ shots of the couple, depending on their photography style of choice, alongside truly organic, candid moments that capture the essence of the day.
What do you need to consider when choosing your frames?
Framing is the final step that pulls it all together. The style of frame, spacing, and layout can completely change the impact of the display. It’s key to match the frame or gallery wall to your photography style for a cohesive finish.
For example, editorial-style posed shots often suit sophisticated black or white frames, whereas warm candid shots are often better suited to softer materials like high-end wood finishes.
Whatever style you go for, it's important to go for the highest quality framing materials so that your photos last a lifetime.

How will the winning couple be chosen?
The winning couple will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the competition closing date.
A random draw will take place once the competition has ended, and the selected winner will be contacted directly by the Level Frames team to arrange the prize creation and delivery.
Terms and Conditions:
- No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Eligibility. The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and were married between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2026.
- Entry Period. Entries open on June 5, 2026 and close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 15, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
- How to Enter. Complete the entry form and submit your email address and wedding date on our contest page here. Limit one entry per couple. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
- Prize. One winning couple will receive up to $500 in Level Frames credit to be used toward custom framing wedding photos. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize delivery cost will be covered by Level Frames, and the prize will be delivered within 60 days of the winner providing their three photos, vinyl choice, and delivery details.
- Winner Selection. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
- Winner Notification. The selected winner will be contacted by email within approximately 7 days after the giveaway closes. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Level Frames may select an alternate winner.
- Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Use of Information. By entering, you agree that Level Frames may use the information you provide to administer the giveaway and communicate with you about your entry. Your information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Level Frames' Privacy Policy.
- Publicity. If selected as the winner, you agree that Level Frames may announce your first names, city/state, and winning entry on its website, email newsletters, and social media channels, unless prohibited by law.
- General Conditions. Level Frames reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Level Frames may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration of the promotion.
- Release. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Level Frames and its employees, officers, and affiliates from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
