I recently ordered two framed images from LevelFrames.com, my first time using the service, and I was really happy overall. The process was smooth and intuitive, and everything arrived as expected.

That said, I have two small notes for future improvement:

I wish they accepted TIFF files, so I could submit images at maximum quality.

The "glass" used has a slightly matte finish, which subtly softens the sharpness of the image underneath. Had I known that in advance, I might have edited my images a bit differently to compensate.

Still, in the end, I’m a happy customer and would definitely use Level again.

The glaze you selected is our Non-glare UV acrylic which does have a matte coating to diffuse the light and can slightly soften the image when viewed up close and at an angle. We didn’t want to leave our print with strangers. My wife chanced upon your website and we took a look around. It was easy to choose the mat and frame colors and sizes for the elevated mounting style. The instruction book made putting it all together a ‘piece of cake’ as they say. And having the hanging hardware included meant we didn’t have to search for just the right stuff. We’re thrilled to have this print safely displayed! Thank you!

And yes, customers can send items ti us for framing, but our DIY frame at home option is great when you don't want to send a print through the mail or let it out of your sight. Loving this frame

First time I used Level frames. I couldn’t be happier with them. Josh reaching out to verify measurements for a perfect fit was awesome. Good customer support is hard to come by these days so I will def be buying from them again. The product and non glare glass is worth the price paid. Highly recommend.

Simple Process

The process was simple, although the picture color was completely saturated, even though it was taken with a iPhone. Not satisfied, given the cost.

My first two frames

I ordered two frames to start with that were not overly challenging. I'm pleased with both, although I have now learned to be absolutely accurate with dimensions. I was most worried about the quality of the mattes and was pleased with both. I found it difficult to mount the original art, however, because of the limited amount of linen tape provided. Every artwork is a little different so I am reluctant to generalize. Now that I had this first experience, I immediately placed an order for another frame for a fine Japanese woodblock print that is a little larger than the first two frames, and am looking forward to see how this one works out. I find the prices to be quite reasonable!
