beautiful frame

Very impressed with this frame and how it arrived. It was packaged well, with great care and everything was intact. The frame itself appears to be very good quality. It came with everything needed to frame and hang picture: instruction booklet, cleaning cloth and spray cleaner, predrilled holes in frame, assembled wire hanger, hook for wall, bumper dots for corners and a mini screwdriver. Very impressive!! I actually found some of the supplies in the box after the fact. I don't think I've received many items/orders containing such a complete wealth of supplies one would need. Thank you. Very happy.

So impressed!

The quality of these frames, along with the attention to detail in the packaging (even down to the assembly instructions and tools) was absolutely incredible. I was somewhat worried that the glazed acrylic would be of a lesser quality than glass, but it looks every bit as good and high-quality as glass. I rarely leave reviews for products, but I was so impressed with these that I couldn’t help myself! From now on I will skip going the cheap route with frames from Target, and the expensive route with framing shops—this is the way to go!

Simple, Fast and Perfect

First time ever having one of my images framed. It was so easy to upload and see what my image would look like before ordering and know cost. This was for an exhibit so I had specific requirements. Everything was done to my specifications and it came fast and nicely packaged.

Level Frames - Super Product, Super Simple

I tried a few different online frame solutions for an animation print that I was giving as a gift. Level Frames was by far the simplest interface to use and helped me resize the quality of the image to make it a perfect fit. The turnaround timing was very quick (about 10 days) and the quality of the product was beautiful. I would highly recommend using them.

Extremely pleased

I am now a very satisfied first-time customer of Level Frames. To start with, the ordering process was extremely easy and straight-forward, and the shipping was very well-packed (something I was worried about), and arrived in a relatively short amount of time---particularly compared to custom framing shops. And to be honest, I don't see any difference in quality. No, the selection of frames and matting is not quite what you might find at a custom shop...but there are more than enough options for simple framing jobs that can be easily put together at home. The instruction booklet, and framing tools and accessories, made everything very easy. And, the final result was perfect...

Immensely More Awesome Than Expected!

I took my picture with my iPhone X in 2018 and didn't do anything with it until now. Thought maybe the quality was not good enough to blow up into a 72" masterpiece that it became. THANKS! Level Frames for such a professional job, I could be happier.

The Maple frame is definitely worth the money. It came perfectly sized to the requested dimensions. It was packages really really nicely and all pieces arrived in perfect condition. The color of the finish perfectly matched the photo on the order page. All hardware is premium, even includes a little tool to help manipulate the frame.

Excellent Product

The frame arrived within a week and was excellently crafted. The mat was cut perfectly and the museum quality acrylic was excellent. Assembly was easy and the bag of tools and accessories made no trips to the hardwate store necessary. The only change I would have asked for is enough picture hanging wire to hang in the landscape orientation. Only enough for portrait was included. Definitely not a big deal.

Money

The frames were money. Easy to assemble. Packaged perfectly and at a reasonable price. I ordered 3 frames with mattes at a custom size. Worked great. Very happy. I’m ordering another round of frames soon. Couldn’t be happier.
