Customer Support & Marketing
We need a friendly, detail-oriented and skilled problem solver to join our team and help ensure that all Level customers have an amazing experience. The role is full time and based out of our Brooklyn office, with the possibility of remote work if desired.
In addition to fielding chat/email inquiries and working closely with people on framing projects, you will handle support issues, collect user feedback, help design and launch new features, create content for framing tutorials, and work on a variety of other projects.
Additional day to day activities may include assisting with our blog and content marketing, working with artist partners, email outreach, maintaining our social media channels and light graphic design work. Our current size means that you will be exposed to nearly everything we are working on, and have the opportunity to grow along with the company while learning a ton.
Salary will range from $35k to $45k with an additional equity component.
