Customer Support Specialist
We seek a friendly, detail-oriented and skilled problem solver to join our team and help ensure that all Level customers have an amazing experience. The role will be contract to full-time at our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office, with the possibility of some remote work if desired.
In addition to fielding chat and email inquiries on custom printing and framing projects, this person will handle support issues, collect user feedback, coordinate deliveries, and work on a variety of other projects. Day to day activities may also include email outreach, assisting with our content marketing efforts and working with our artist partners.
The role is designed for someone with excellent communication skills who is also highly motivated, organized and proactive. No prior knowledge or experience with framing is required, but being digitally savvy is a big plus, as we use a number of online tools including Slack, Intercom, Trello, Dropbox and Google Apps.
