Great customer service!

Very easy to order the frame I needed but when it came it was not the size I ordered. Called customer service and they immediately realized their error and sent out the correct size right away. They didn’t even ask for me to send the incorrect one back. Everyone can make a mistake but not everyone fixes it right away. Great job! And the framed piece looks terrific!!

Amazing end product

I framed a very large picture for my office. I couldn’t quite nail what I wanted via the online tools so someone from the company helped give me multiple options. Edited my image to make sure it was what I wanted and gave me multiple options. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. It was nice to finally get some decent service.

I've ordered from Level Frames twice now over the holidays (different years), and I've been very happy with my orders both times. Great choice for my large format family photos. My husband said that the hanging process is very intuitive too. I will be ordering again!

Amazing Job...!!

Lots of us have done picture framing or collages or holiday cards on line. It seems very rarely does the finished product blow you away. Level Frames did an amazing job on our family vacation collage for 2025. Beautifully done and packaged extremely carefully. First class. Cannot say enough about the finished product and the quality and care they showed throughout. Definitely will use them again. Side story.....the collage was a 6 photo layout from a summer family mountain vacation. The photographer did a great job - we uploaded the photos to "Simply to Impress" and they looked horrible. Completely washed out. On the Level Frame collage, however, the same exact photos were alive with color.

The photo and frame turned out great. It’s helpful that they suggest an ideal enlarged size based on the quality of the photo resolution so the enlarged photo is not fuzzy. Also, the finished product is expertly packaged for shipping. I already have used them again to frame another photo!

Excellent quality, promptly delivered. Exact sizing. It looks great. Highly recommend Level Frames for 'at home' custom framing. Only shortcoming is that they have limited mat colors.

Very Cool. A fun experience. Easy.

We purchased this for our brother on his birthday. It was a picture his nephew took of the family farm. The site was very easy to navigate for an old lady. He placed it where we designed it for.

Great Frame - Great Price!

I wanted to frame a lovely picture of my daughter, son-in-law, and 2 granddaughters. My daughter suggested Level Frames, and I'm so glad she did. I chose the frame I wanted out of a wonderful online selection. I uploaded the photo, and placed my order. My order was delivered in a very timely fashion, and I love it! Level Frames did a great job, and I hung it on the wall, and I am very pleased. They did a great job, and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely order from Level Frames again.

Fantastic work..in unexpected short time.

Quality Frames -- fast and accurate

I've used LEVEL to frame 5 items (photos and not). Their service has been good: quick and accurate. Instructions provided with the frames is easily understood and followed. But... my last frame order was identical in dimension to a previous order, so I re-ordered the same specs. However, the first image was portrait oriented, the second one was landscape -- the second frame did not include hanging hardware for the horizontal orientation. A deal breaker? No -- the frame is quality. But a surprise? Yes.
