After years of having a great print with a crappy frame, I decided to try this. 100% satisfied! Frame arrived in a timely manner. Good quality! Easy to follow directions. One problem. Now I’m looking at a lot of other pieces I have and deciding what frame to get for them. 😁😬

Pretty good, vinyl frames could be better.

I recently purchased two vinyl frames. Overall content with them. However the screws to hold the records in place couldn't get right enough. And the matting was not cut correctly to fit the vinyl, so it looks off on my wall. If I'm going to pay hundreds of dollars for a frame I'd love for it to have a little better craftsmanship.

Make sure you triple check the dimensions on your order!
Somehow we got our wires crossed and my image/frame were oversized and cannot be used.

Beautiful Frame

I ordered a frame from Level to surprise my husband by framing a very special photo of him from his college track athletic days. Anyway, Level contacted me to let me know the frame I selected was on back order but they could replace it with an equally nice frame. The replacement frame was amazing! No complaints here. Great experience

Overall great experience. I ordered a custom frame for me to use to frame a piece at home. Instructions for selecting size, frame, glazing, matt, etc. were easy to follow and the order was easy to place. Nice customer service follow up with a personal e-mail to ask how the frame turned out. Instructions included were easy to follow, and I really appreciated that all the tools and materials needed to complete the framing at home were provided: screwdriver, microfiber cloth, mounting tape, mounting hardware and bumper/wall protectors. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others.
