Easy and great

Couldn’t have been easier so just get it done, frame the special photos you love. The frame and matting look perfect and I’m so glad to finally have some very important memories on view. I’m glad to have found Level Frames and will recommend them. Every now and then I’ll frame a very special photo without hesitation. Prices are fair and shipping packaging was very protective. A great service that does as promised!

I especially appreciated the way it was packed for shipping. Next time I think I´ll chance the glass instead of acrylic as I have confidence that it will arrive intact and that I can put it in a hard side suitcase for travel.

Great Quality, but…

Great quality but it did have a misaligned corner with some separation which I normally wouldn’t complain about but it was an $170 frame.

Question on hanging the frame

Love the photos, however I accidentally cut the wire on one of my photos when I was opening the package. Can you suggest another way to hang the pictures without having to re-do the whole frame? Otherwise, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Problem solved: sending a new wire and d-rings that will easily swap onto the frame and replace the cut wire. Thanks for framing with us!

OK, but was expecting better for the price

We got large framed prints of a few iphone photos. The prints were beautiful, but I was unimpressed by the quality of the frames. The screen is plexiglass and it's clearly warped, not flat like glass. And the frames felt kind of cheap and plastic. For nearly $300 per frame, I was expecting better

Thanks for the feedback, Gabe. The profiles are all wood, and we exclusively use framers grade acrylic (we can't ship glass because it's too heavy and prone to shattering). The acrylic is very sturdy and should not warp though, especially once the frames are hanging on the wall. Reaching out to you directly to see if you're still seeing this.

Quick Process, Great Product

Took a snapshot of the kids over a weekend, loved the pic, uploaded to Level Frames and has framed print 1.5 weeks later. Returning customer, will no doubt order again!

I bought two frames for my first purchase. One frame was my the first the time I ever printed my photos as a photographer and it just was absolutely perfect. Great Value

I needed a frame for a collage I am entering in an art exhibit at our local library. I didn’t want to spend a lot for framing the pieces I was showing but this one was an odd size so a “store bought” frame wasn’t an option. Comparatively speaking, the Level frame was pricey but oh my goodness it turned out to be a great value! It made my collage look sooo good - really complimented it. The quality of the frame is obvious and it came beautifully and safely packaged with high quality hardware, detailed instructions and even included a microfiber cloth and spray to clean the plexiglass. Just wanted to reach out as I am framing something for my boss's client at work and had an extremely hard time finding a website that was able to do what I was looking for (I could not get a high resolution copy of the article). I had some photos framed as a gift for someone which was sent directly to them. Being a new customer, I was a bit nervous because I had never seen the quality of the frames. I received a call from the person who received the framed photos delighted with how beautiful it was. I also was very impressed with the knowledgeability of the person who helped me decide between glare and non glare for this particular piece.
