Made my mom (and me!) so happy

I ordered a collage of wedding pictures as an early Mother's Day gift and had it sent directly to my mom. It turned out beautifully, she was so happy she cried. She said that the framing was perfect and they plan to hang it up (right now it's being propped up on a shelf).

I found your site from a google search, I was trying to find a place that did picture collages and framing and your website was so easy to navigate. Your reminders to finish my project were helpful and not annoying. I'm glad that putting my trust in your product was a success and will be happy to use you again in the future (and recommend you to others). I’m stunned!

I used this framing service for the first time just a couple of weeks ago. I had tried a different frame shop, but couldn’t get through their site, so I came to levelframes. Within 5 minutes, I had loaded my artwork, picked the frame size, the color of the frame, and the type of glass I wanted. The price was LESS than the first site. I made sure everything was correct, and hit the button to put through my order. Less than a week later, I received my framed print. It was so fast, I was nervous about whether the glass would be intact. I opened it up - everything was fine. In fact, it looked BETTER than I expected. Levelframes did a first-rate, lovely job! Highly recommended.

I'll start by summarizing my experience as outstanding!!

First, the support I received from Kara on your customer support team was amazing. She helped me design a custom frame that was beyond what I could do directly through the website. She was quick to respond to questions and came up with the perfect design.

Next, the level of care that went into packaging the frame far exceeded what I would have expected for shipment of a frame. The frame arrived in perfect shape with zero damage.

Finally, the inclusion of the instruction book, cleaner, chamois cloth, hangers, etc., was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Overall I'm very happy with the product and my experience!

Excellent quality and service

I uploaded a digital photo to have framed. The process was very straightforward and the framed photo looks very professional. The framed photo was packaged with care - very well protected from any shipping damage.

Just what I wanted.

I found the website, easy and intuitive, and the options both broad and easy to navigate. The visualization interface is great; being able to see my actual artwork/photographs in the actual frame with the actual size and color of matte chosen, etc. gave me a ton of confidence when I was making the order.

I did the entire order for a friend and had it shipped directly to him, so I have not physically seen the product, but they are very happy with it.

I was also happy that they accept a variety of file types since I was sourcing high resolution pictures from a variety of places. The convenience of having the entire process from one supplier was great and economical!

Highly Recommend for Custom Framing

I’m very pleased with how my photographs turned out . . . the framing quality and craftsmanship are excellent. One piece wasn’t quite as strong as the others, but that was due to my own positioning choice, not their work.

I also appreciated the follow-up after delivery to ensure everything arrived safely and met my expectations. That level of customer care really stood out.

I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future!

The print I needed to frame was oversized so Level Frames sent me a long packing tube. About two weeks later the print arrived in a great looking oolong frame. Super easy!

From uploading my digital art to getting the finished product, the whole process of framing was perfect. One aspect we really appreciated was getting recommended print sizes for my photo based on the file size of the image. I didn't have to guess how large we could go, the website predicted what sizes would be most reasonable without compromising the clarity of the image. Picking out the frame and matting was also straightforward and the delivery was fast. Everything was packed well and the quality of the frame was apparent as soon as we opened the box. I look forward to framing more items in the future!

Beautifully done. Minor issue was backing paper had pulled away so I used some packing tape to secure.

Beautiful printing and framing job!

The title says it all, except that I would say that the print job is stunning! The frames are beautiful and seem well-made. Processing and shipping was quick and efficient, and the frames were packed well. They arrived in perfect condition. Appropriate hanging equipment was included, along with directions for how to hang them. I will definitely use Level Frames again in the future, and will recommend them to friends and family!
