Couldn't be happier. The frame is well-made (and pre-wired for hanging, love it) and just as described. The photo print is crisp. I needed to change the delivery address a few days after ordering and got speedy, helpful communication and the order went to the right place, on time.

Three Framed Lithographs

This story begins with a customer,(myself) who very rarely reads emails. This can be a problem for a business attempting to fulfill orders. My contact at Level Frames emailed me twice with questions about my order and after almost two weeks I finally answered-- with a request someone call me--to my landline. A designer called me, promptly and we hashed-out the details. I am blown away by the quality of the design and the materials and frankly by how friendly everyone is there. The packaging was second to none. The box was made of double wall corrugation and something I have never seen is triple wall dividers- all very expensive. Beautifully done. Thank you Level Frames.

Great options and turnaround time

It was easy and fun and we got our photos in about a week! What a treat!

Perfect Print and Frame

As I begin my hunt to find a company that prints and frames from PDFs and pictures, I found lots of companies to choose from. I compared reviews, and also uploaded my picture onto several similar websites. The one that stood out the most was Level Frames.

The order was fulfilled and received within a very timely basis, and was wrapped expertly to protect the frame inside.

The quality of both the frame and the print looked amazing. I wish I could fill my entire house with the prints and frames!

So, if you’re reading this review, don’t look anywhere else, because I already did. Level Frames is the best choice for value, quality, and shipping times!

Easy to order

Level Frames has everything you need when framing precious artwork. There are several different choices for UV protected glass. The frame, mat board, and glass came well wrapped and protected. A kit for hanging the framed picture and cleaning the glass were included. The thing that really impressed me was that it was so easy to order the correct dimensions for the mat, glass, and frame. I have used other sites and it has not been as straight forward or easy. I've also had to order the mat and UV glass separately from different companies. Level Frames is convenient!

Didn’t Expect The Quality

This is a turnkey solution. It comes with everything you need. Including instructions, hardware, cleaning kit (with cleaning solution, microfiber cloth for your inevitable finger prints when DIY) and a clever plastic hardware kit to safely fix the center of the album into the back panel without having to worry about hurting the album itself.

Shipping was really fast even by USPS standards.

TLDR: Sound like a bot; but I am not. It’s comes with everything you need but the album. Great value for what you get.

A delight

I wanted to frame a postcard from a vacation. Absolutely no one in the United States stocks A5 frames and (ha! ha!) you can’t import them now either.

It showed up immaculately packaged and with clear instructions. It came out great. It’s wonderful to know that there are companies out there who still take pride in their work.

Part of the image is a little darker than I’d expected but that’s probably my fault.

Yes, frequently the actual print won't appear as light as it does on a backlit phone or computer screen versus the actual print, and this can vary depending on your brightness settings. We do review each image before printing and reach out if we see any significant print quality issues. Exactly what I ordered and More

It was my first time ordering from Level Frames and I could not be more pleased. The quality of their product is first class and everything I need to hang was also included and ready to go. The wood (Kota Walnut) on the frames have been beautifully finished and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely use them again!
