Upload your photo, select a print size from the options presented (based on the resolution of your photo), customize the frame style to your exact liking, and we'll take care of the rest. We professionally print your image, handcraft the frame to fit, and deliver everything ready to hang (including the hardware). No need for separate printing of your photo or visits to a store!
What kind of image files can I print and frame? +
From a phone or computer, you can upload files in JPEG, TIFF, PNG, HEIC, or WEBP format. Reach out if you have a PDF or some other format.
Based on the resolution of your image, we'll show a range of print sizes that will print in high quality. We can handle file sizes of up to 300MB and over 125 megapixels. If your image is low resolution or you want a larger print size, you can boost the resolution use our Enhance tool. Either way, we'll flag any resolution issues before the order, and our photos team will review each image pre and post-printing.
What size should I choose for my framed photo? +
It depends on your wall space and the impact you're looking for. Smaller sizes work well for shelves and gallery walls, while larger frames can make a statement on their own.
We'll show the outer dimensions of the frame as you customize and have a handy View in Room tool, so you can easily preview different sizes to find the perfect fit.
How do I choose the right frame and mat style for my photo? +
After you've uploaded your image and selected a print size, use our frame visualizer to try out different frame colors. Adding a mat creates breathing room around your photo and draws in the eye. Click or tap our "Golden Ratio" button next to the mat slider for a recommended frame and mat combination based on the print size. More customization options such as additional mat colors, 8-ply mats, bottom weighting, and float mounting can be found in the "Advanced Options" section.
Gallery style black and white frames are clean and timeless, natural wood adds warmth, and some of our metallic finishes offer an even more modern look. Our general advice is to always to trust your eye and personal style, but you can always reach out to us if you need recommendations. Can framed photos be removed or replaced? +
We use premium materials to help preserve your photo and keep it looking its best. Each print is dry mounted for perfect flatness, and sealed inside the frame with a paper dust cover for protection. Swapping or replacing the photo is not recommended without professional assistance.
Can I order a custom print size or change the paper type? +
Yes! Click on "More Options" (located right below the print size menu) and you will see a link to Enter a Custom Print Size. This allows you to enter your desired width and height.
In this section, you can also crop your image, transform it into a black & white photo, boost its resolution for additional print size option, and choose additional paper types for printing (Photo Paper with Lustre Finish, Archival Matte Art Paper, or Textured Watercolor).
