Beautiful Frame

I ordered a frame from Level to surprise my husband by framing a very special photo of him from his college track athletic days. Anyway, Level contacted me to let me know the frame I selected was on back order but they could replace it with an equally nice frame. The replacement frame was amazing! No complaints here. Great quality. Perfect dimensions. Beautiful wood. The framed picture is hanging right by my front door for everyone to see. Thank you!

Great experience

Overall great experience. I ordered a custom frame for me to use to frame a piece at home. Instructions for selecting size, frame, glazing, matt, etc. were easy to follow and the order was easy to place. Nice customer service follow up with a personal e-mail to ask how the frame turned out. Instructions included were easy to follow, and I really appreciated that all the tools and materials needed to complete the framing at home were provided: screwdriver, microfiber cloth, mounting tape, mounting hardware and bumper/wall protectors. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others.

Great frame, fast shipping

I ordered a black and white photo to be framed for my dad as a Father's Day gift. My dad received the framed photo right in time for Father's Day and loved the way it turned out. He sent me a picture and said he was very impressed with the matting and quality. I was pleased with how quick the order shipped, especially accounting for the COVID-19 restrictions. To be truthful, I wasn’t sure how this framed photo would turn out. I did a random Google search. But I am very happy with the outcome. The process was easy; the photo itself turned out well; the materials used were of good quality; the price was very reasonable; shipping was quite fast, factoring in COVID delays. I like my framed photo and would recommend this company.

Great product. Great price

Framing has gotten SO expensive I decided to give Level Frames a try. Unlike other online framers, they offered a pretty great selection of frames. My frame is beautiful, and at half the price of what having done at my local frame shop would cost. Will use them again!

The Perfect Frame

The frame for our puzzle was built exactly to our specifications. The packaging was amazing as the frame arrived in perfect condition. They even included a screw driver to secure the hanging wire. Thank you! We will be a return customer for sure.

Fast turnaround with quality frame

I purchased this frame about a 1.5 weeks before Father's Day and it arrived in plenty of time. It looked great and was securely packaged. I will definitely purchase another frame soon!

The frames I ordered were perfect. They come with absolutely everything you need to hang your art on the wall (except maybe a hammer!). I couldn't be happier and will definitely order more frames.
