Amazing frame and service

The frame had been sitting wrapped in bubble wrap for weeks, and I finally had the chance last night to hang it and give it the attention it deserved. I’d been looking forward to it ever since taking a quick peek beneath the wrapping weeks ago. Seeing it on the wall genuinely stops me every time I walk past it. As for the print itself, it’s flawless. The gray tones are rendered exactly as expected, and the sharpness has been faithfully reproduced on paper. I couldn’t be happier with the result. good frame

Good frame, it said included all mounting hardware, i just needed a hammer. Yet, it had no nail or hook to mount to the wall. Luckily i had one around. Think it was likely an oversight on packing.

I had a very meaningful photo to be framed. I saw many advertisements from various companies, but decided to use Level Frames. I was so happy with the results. The frame was made of wood, the matting was cut perfectly, and the photo itself was perfect. I could not be more pleased. Pros & Cons - Missing the Burl

The frame came well packaged and the instructions for framing were clear. I’m happy with it, although I admit I’m disappointed with how different the burl wood looks on the website. I was so excited that I found that beautiful high-contrast Burl effect that had both the natural wood and darker wood tones and thought it would compliment my print beautifully. The actual frame is much more subtle, to the point where I’m not sure I’d pick up that it was burl wood at first glance.

With natural wood grain and patterns, there will always be some variability between batches, so it's hard to capture exactly how the frame will look on our site as you customize the frame onscreen. Our goal is present each profile as closely as possible to how it looks in real lif, so we'll review our images and descriptions for the Burlwood in case we can improve.

Great service, great quality!

Nice Surprise how carefully the who package was delivered. The frame was perfect, as described. Nice framing delivery box with all that i need. Picture wire, screws, hook and even a handy little screwdriver. Five Stars!!!

Love my frame

As a watercolor artist, I like to change traditional paper sizes to accommodate my subjects and to add interest. For instance, my last piece was 10” x 22”, tall and narrow. It’s difficult to find a frame for that size, with double mats, but LevelFrames gave me the size, the material, the color and the style I wanted that really complimented my art. Turned out great!

The custom frames are beautiful! They were packaged with care & arrived safe & sound. I actually ended up placing a second order for another matching custom frame as I found a piece of art that will work well with what I have already framed. I will do pictures once all art has been installed.

Outstanding customer service! The frame I ordered didn’t fit my puzzle because the dimensions listed on the puzzle box were incorrect. I was provided a free replacement even though they had no obligation to do so. Thank you!!!

Chipped Glass

My experience could have been better. It took a pretty long time to ship. At least a week. When I got the frame the glass was chipped in the bottom corner pretty badly. Fortunately you can barely see it under the frame and I didn't want the hassle of dealing with a return.

Appreciate the feedback, John, thanks for letting us know about the chip. The nice thing about our DIY frames is that we can send a replacement for any component if it gets damaged during transit. Reaching out to see if we can ship you a replacement acrylic sheet to fit your frame (we don't ship glass).

More than Satisfied with the Frames

This is my fifth frame from Level frames, so obviously, I am very happy with the product. My only complaint is that every frame comes with a mini screwdriver and I don't know what to with them all. And I will be getting many more in the future!

I am all-in on Level Frames. The website is streamline and simple to use, the frame is great quality and a great price, AND the frame came with every tool I could possibly need. Will be going back for many other projects!
