Excellent quality, promptly delivered. Exact sizing. It looks great. Highly recommend Level Frames for 'at home' custom framing. Only shortcoming is that they have limited mat colors.

Very Cool. A fun experience. Easy.

We purchased this for our brother on his birthday. It was a picture his nephew took of the family farm. The site was very easy to navigate for an old lady. He placed it where we designed it for.

Great Frame - Great Price!

I wanted to frame a lovely picture of my daughter, son-in-law, and 2 granddaughters. My daughter suggested Level Frames, and I'm so glad she did. I chose the frame I wanted out of a wonderful online selection. I uploaded the photo, and placed my order. My order was delivered in a very timely fashion, and I love it! Level Frames did a great job, and I hung it on the wall, and I am very pleased. They did a great job, and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely order from Level Frames again.

Quality Frames -- fast and accurate

I've used LEVEL to frame 5 items (photos and not). Their service has been good: quick and accurate. Instructions provided with the frames is easily understood and followed. But... my last frame order was identical in dimension to a previous order, so I re-ordered the same specs. However, the first image was portrait oriented, the second one was landscape -- the second frame did not include hanging hardware for the horizontal orientation. A deal breaker? No -- the frame is quality. But a surprise? Yes.

Great framing company, I’ll be back!

So far I’ve had 3 different frames made by Level Frames. They use quality materials, do very precise work and the packaging for shipping is excellent. But here’s the feature I truly appreciate. If you have fragile artwork you don’t want to leave with a framer or don’t want to ship, Level Frames will create the frame and mat to your specs and send it to you. Other online framers won’t do this. I’ve framed items like these at home that require special mounting techniques, and with Level Frames it’s no problem.

Better than I expected!

This was the first frame I had done by Level Frames. I had been using another online framing company for many years before they closed up. So I was reluctant to try someone else. I was amazingly surprised! The frame was less expensive, had more options, was well made, they pre-tied the cable, it came with a small screwdriver and small canister of air spray. Plus, I got it in a couple of days rather than 2 weeks. 5-stars is not high enough!
