Awesome photo & frame

We uploaded a photo to be framed for our new home and couldn't be happier. Both the photograph and frame look outstanding and came out much better than expected.

Great quality, excellent packaging

The Maple frame is definitely worth the money. It came perfectly sized to the requested dimensions. It was packages really really nicely and all pieces arrived in perfect condition. The color of the finish perfectly matched the photo on the order page. All hardware is premium, even includes a little tool to help manipulate the frame.

Excellent Product

The frame arrived within a week and was excellently crafted. The mat was cut perfectly and the museum quality acrylic was excellent. Assembly was easy and the bag of tools and accessories made no trips to the hardwate store necessary. The only change I would have asked for is enough picture hanging wire to hang in the landscape orientation. Only enough for portrait was included. Definitely not a big deal.

Money

The frames were money. Easy to assemble. Packaged perfectly and at a reasonable price. I ordered 3 frames with mattes at a custom size. Worked great. Very happy. I’m ordering another round of frames soon. Couldn’t be happier.

Very pleased with the final product

Very happy with the output print of the illustration of my rescue dog from Armenia I created and the frame I chose. Everything went smoothly through the whole process and the final product looks great on the wall.

Perfect

Nice well crafted frame. Easy to put together. Had everything you need in the package. Matting was a nice color and thickness. Only downfall is the plexiglass has a bit of a glare.

Yes, sometimes you will get some glare off the acrylic depending on where you hang a piece, which is why we offer Non-glare and Anti-reflective acrylics that still protect against UV rays. Frames

Accidentally happened on Level Frames while looking for somewhat unusally sized frames - and VERY GLAD I did! Assembly instructions are very clear, pictures will look great in high quality frames. Very well packed, arrived intact with no shipping damage

Framed photo

I selected Level Frames because they showed up first in a list. However, as the price developed, it increased significantly due to "unforseen" (by me) charges, so that, in the end, I could have saved about $70.00 Canadian by buying in Canada. Snake oil strikes again! Having said that, the photo and frame were well done.

Glad the photo and frame turned out to your liking, Don! Unfortunately it does cost a little extra to ship North of the border (we show the increase when you select Canada in your shipping address) and we pick up all of the customs and duties so that you don't get hit with any surprise charges after the fact.

Amazing customer service and product quality

Ordered three frames from Level Frames and the quality exceeded expectations — craftsmanship and finish are excellent, well above what I've seen elsewhere at this price point.

One frame ended up the wrong size due to my own misunderstanding on the order form. Danielle responded quickly, was completely understanding, and offered a courtesy replacement with no hassle. Handled start to finish in a couple emails.

Rare to find a company with both a great product and this level of genuine customer care. Made me a repeat customer — highly recommend.

Bummed by the size

I clearly didn't read the fine print, but the preview image made it seem that my frame would be much larger. For the cost, I was pretty disappointed with how small it was.

Thanks for the feedback, Sam. We try to provide as much guidance as possible during the framing process so that what you see onscreen is as close as possible to what you receive and unbox. This currently includes showing the Outer Dimensions of your frame as you customize, a Size Guide modal that shows various frames in proportion to real life objects, and a View in Room feature to provide even more perspective.

Amazing frame and service

The frame had been sitting wrapped in bubble wrap for weeks, and I finally had the chance last night to hang it and give it the attention it deserved. I’d been looking forward to it ever since taking a quick peek beneath the wrapping weeks ago. Seeing it on the wall genuinely stops me every time I walk past it. As for the print itself, it’s flawless. The gray tones are rendered exactly as expected, and the sharpness has been faithfully reproduced on paper. I couldn’t be happier with the result.
