Amazing product and service!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Level Frames! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Assembly was incredibly easy thanks to the clear instructions, and the packaging was some of the best I've ever seen—everything arrived perfectly protected with obvious attention to detail. The frame quality is exceptional, and getting UV-protective acrylic at no additional cost was a huge bonus. Shipping was fast, and Kara was awesome—she quickly answered all of my questions and provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service! The frame I ordered didn’t fit my puzzle because the dimensions listed on the puzzle box were incorrect. I was provided a free replacement even though they had no obligation to do so. Thank you!!!

Chipped Glass

My experience could have been better. It took a pretty long time to ship. At least a week. When I got the frame the glass was chipped in the bottom corner pretty badly. Fortunately you can barely see it under the frame and I didn't want the hassle of dealing with a return.

Reaching out to see if we can ship you a replacement acrylic sheet to fit your frame (we don't ship glass).

More than Satisfied with the Frames

This is my fifth frame from Level frames, so obviously, I am very happy with the product. My only complaint is that every frame comes with a mini screwdriver and I don't know what to with them all. And I will be getting many more in the future!

Best framing experience

I am all-in on Level Frames. The website is streamline and simple to use, the frame is great quality and a great price, AND the frame came with every tool I could possibly need. Will be going back for many other projects!

Beautiful framed photos!

Great option to higher end frame shops

I was impressed witht the acccuracy of the sizing, and the do it yourself aspect of Level Frames. They are a good option if you don't wan to spend a fortune on framing. I just with the cut of the mat on my frame was cleaner.

Wonderful gift!

I am thrilled with the frame I purchased for my Mom for her birthday. It was a picture of her parents I had restored and it turned out perfect! She was very moved by seeing it so thoughtfully framed. Stop Searching This is The Gift

If you're trying to figure out what to get someone for a major milestone — graduation, retirement, wedding — stop searching. I ordered a custom collage frame for my niece graduating from a top US military academy, pulling together photos from her four years there. Thanks for the feedback, Mike! Glad to report that all of our frames are real wood - some have a gesso or metallic finish added for style, each profile description should have all the details. But if you are a fan of American hardwoods like maple and walnut, we've got you covered!

I remembered to measure twice and enter once. The frames came very securely packaged, yet easy to unpack. The directions were spot on. The artwork looked fabulous in the frames. Very happy with the final product.
