Love my frame

My frame is exactly,what I hoped for. The quality is perfect.

First time customer

I had some photos framed as a gift for someone which was sent directly to them. Being a new customer, I was a bit nervous because I had never seen the quality of the frames. I received a call from the person who received the framed photos delighted with how beautiful it was. I also was very impressed with the knowledgeability of the person who helped me decide between glare and non glare for this particular piece. It was such a pleasure to speak with a someone who actually knew something about framing and artwork. I will absolutely use Level Frames again!

You did everything so detail-oriented that it arrived looking better than I expected. Just one small criticism: I had to tape down the edges of the papered back. It had puckered here and there, so just used a little electrical tape and it was fine. Thanks for your good work. I'm about to place another order!

Easy as pie

I'm not a photographer, but I took a picture that really looked good and decided to have it framed. Found Level Frames (via New York Times review) and went to their website. The process could not have been easier. Reasonable price, excellent quality. Looks great!

Very Great Service and Nice Frame

I ordered a custom frame and it was well packaged and arrived in good condition. The frame looked like I expected it to and is good quality. The people at Level Frames are great and when I expressed disappointment that the mat didn’t fit, they sent me a new one and were happy to help — even though, as we figured out, the mat didn’t fit because of my mistake, not theirs! I would highly recommend this company and would order from it again.

New Custom Frame

I ordered a custom frame. I was happy with the quality of the frame and how readable the instructions were to put it together. However, the mat was too wide for my art. So, this was very disappointing.

I had a travel photo that I took blown up, printed, and custom framed. The end product looks great and is high quality. Turn around time was fast. I am 100% pleased.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so happy with the results I have to share

I emailed them about framing a metal poster and I got very fast replies and all my questions were answered very quickly and professionally. Then after I created my frame the nice lady who helped me saw my order and messaged me about reformatting my frame so my metal poster will stay without the mat and no acrylic needed. She changed my order and I got refunded the difference. And after finally receiving the frame, I was somewhat skeptical how’d the metal poster would stay locked in and look. Turns out I had nothing to worry about and it looks amazing. I will definitely buy again!!!
