A great memory was taken from my phone and framed. The frame and photo were outstanding. Price was also very good.

Got the frame and the instructions were super easy. ALSO! They provided everything you need even a couple of strips of the cloth art tape to "hang" onto the matte. My only slight problem was the edges of the plexi were rough (won't be seen so no worries there) BUT it did give off some flakes that I had to insert the art and pull out a few times to blow out the flakes, so don't clamp down your backboard right away, insert, turn around and look for specs first.

The way my 18 frames were packed, it could have been dropped off of the Empire State Building and nothing would have been damaged. Oh, and the frames were perfect

Exceptional Service and Great Product

I generally have all my professional framing done locally. However, the frame i wanted was on back order with no immediate date. I was in need of fast custom framing for a birthday gift. Most of the online service I investigated had bad or mixed reviews. Level Frames exceed my expectations. The framing was great and the customer service was exceptional. Level Framing had a very fast production and delivery. The product was packed very well to keep the picture from breaking. The quality of the photo and the framing was excellent. I will be doing future framing projects with Level Framing.

Great Job

Normally, I buy art, take it to the framing store, pay them to either frame it, or cut me a mat while I pick out a frame, this saved a lot of that process and they did an excellent job. I hate myself for not going local, but this was a huge time saver and I am very happy with the finished outcome.

Fantatic product and experience

I have spent a small fortune over the years having artwork framed. In many instances the frames cost more than the art. Level Frames is fantastic. Exact sizing. The install kit and instructions are great. Step by step. All the tools and hardware included. Very safe packaging. Excellent experience!

Good Fit

Bought two frame kits -- and have now assembled them. The provided instructions are easy to read and follow. Piece of cake. Both of the new frames look great: like a professional framing job, but far less expensive. (displayed image is a floating frame, which requires a deft hand -- for centering the image -- but easily done with patience.)

Good customer service

Customer service rep Kara helped me out of two jams:

1. it wasn't clear from the ordering pages how to get a collage frame for prints I already had in hand;
2. UPS claimed my package was delivered one week before it actually arrived

Thanks to Kara and the company for excellent customer service.

The frame is quite good and the installation was admirably smooth.

If I had any suggestions, they would be:
1. Add explicit instructions to the collage ordering flow on website for customers who possess their prints already;
2. (Less important) allow for shippers other than UPS

Excellent Service and Product

I was tasked with creating some wall are for a recent ribbon cutting event. Our internal Marketing Services team did not have the bandwidth to support the project. After searching the internet I ran across Level Frames. Took a chance as I thought the price was reasonable. What I didn't expect was the great service I received as we discussed format and layout. The end product showed up in time on the day I had to present to our VP. It was great to show him the result on the same day as if it was planned. I will definitely take advantage of your services again!
